Old Car Festival
September 11-12, 2010 (Open Saturday 'til 9pm)
This Old Car Festival weekend, take in the spectacle as the streets and grounds of Greenfield Village are filled with the sights, sounds, and smells of hundreds of authentic vehicles from the 1890s through 1932. Enjoy a self-guided tour through this fabulous expositions and talk to proud owners about their treasured vehicles. Watch drivers engage in games of skill, see a Model T assembled in just minutes, attend fascinating presentations, and sit back and enjoy our experts sharing "car talks" while vintage vehicles pass by.
In this 60th year of the Old Car Festival, we celebrate the diversity of the early automobile industry and feature the electric and steam powered automobiles that shared the American roads with their gasoline internal combustion engine counterparts.
Old Car Festival is free to members and free with Greenfield Village admission.
Macy's 2nd Mondays September
September 13, 2010 (10am-noon)
The greatest children’s outing in history! Inspire your little ones during Macy's 2nd Mondays at The Henry Ford, held the second Monday of every month from 10am until noon. Enjoy specially facilitated children’s activities free of charge with admission or an annual member pass.
Local Roots Oktoberfest Dinner
September 24, 2010 (Cash bar 6:30pm-9pm, Dinner 7pm)
Savor the flavors of the local fall harvest with friends old and new at new Oktoberfest dining event. Our chefs prepare dishes using ingredients from local farms and fields to create an authentic experience that reminds us of the food and flavors brought to America by German immigrants. Enjoy these fantastic foods and beverages in the Village Pavilion. Also enjoy entertainment by the Deutschmeister Band and remarks by a local producer. Seating is limited.

Fall Season Farmers Market
September 25 & October 2, 2010
Enjoy an open air farm market where you can purchase local grains and baking mixes, handcrafted creations from Greenfield Village’s Herb Society, organic breads, local farm fresh produce, pumpkins, meats, honey, apples from local farmers and more.
This event is rain or shine. The Fall Season Farmers Market is free to members and free with Greenfield Village admission.
Hallowe’en in Greenfield Village
October 8-10, 15-17 and 22-24, 2010 (Time slots are every 1/2 hour 6:30pm-9pm Fridays & Saturdays. Sundays 6:30pm - 8pm)
Step back in time to a turn-of-the-20th century Hallowe’en. Follow an endless path of hand-carved jack-o-lanterns and meet colorful characters along the way. Feel the whoosh as the headless horseman rides by, banter with a clever witch, and make stops at several treat stations spread throughout Greenfield Village. It’s frightfully fun for the whole family! Members of The Henry Ford receive discount admission and an exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets in advance.

Hallowe'en in Greenfield Village Dinner Package
October 8-9, 15-16 and 22-23, 2010 (6pm - 7:30pm)
Join us at the famed Eagle Tavern for an evening of 19th-century autumnal festivities and good old-fashioned Hallowe'en fun. Visitors from the past will fill your evening with music and harvest games that will tell of your future. Following a sumptuous candle-lit harvest supper we invite you to make your way into the moonlight and join the enchanted pumpkin path to take in the sights and sounds of Hallowe'en in Greenfield Village.

Holiday Nights Supper with Santa Package

Following your horse-drawn wagon ride to A Taste of History Restaurant, your family will partake in a casual cafeteria-style holiday turkey dinner, perfect for kids! You’ll also be able to make a festive table decoration and hear a fun story to get you in the mood for your visit into lantern-lit Greenfield Village. As a separate treat, Santa Claus will be on hand and make a personal visit to each table!
